At Annie Grills Art, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to read my refund policy below.

 

Returns and Refunds

• Original Artwork and Art Prints:
  Since my original artworks and prints are one-of-a-kind, I don’t offer returns or refunds on these items. I do my best to provide accurate photos and descriptions so you know exactly what you're purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to reach out at anniegrillsart@gmail.com.

• Apparel and Other Merchandise:
  If you’ve purchased full-priced apparel or merchandise and need to return it, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached. If it doesn’t meet these conditions, I won’t be able to process the return and will send it back to you at your expense.

 

Exchanges

I can’t offer direct exchanges due to the fast-moving nature of my stock. If you need a different size or style, I recommend purchasing the new item separately and returning the original for a refund (as long as it meets the return conditions).

Return Shipping Costs

You're responsible for covering return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item gets back to me safely.
